Last Updated: January 15, 2026. Welcome to Eithect. By accessing our creative studio and subscription services, you agree to be bound by these terms. This document establishes the legal framework for using our platform, purchasing subscriptions, and accessing digital art assets and trading tools.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or purchasing a subscription on Eithect, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Subscriber") and Eithect ("Company", "Studio").
If you are accessing our services on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. This Christmas, get a yearly subscription for £0 instead of £2,499.40. This promotional offer is subject to specific terms outlined in Section 4.
Subscription & Payment
Eithect operates on a tiered subscription model. Access to our proprietary art generation tools, trading algorithm datasets, and premium portfolio templates requires an active subscription. We accept major credit cards and direct bank transfers for all billing cycles.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the calendar date of initial purchase.
- Annual subscriptions provide a 15% discount on the standard monthly rate and are billed upfront.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the subscription period has elapsed.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided through Eithect, including but not limited to software code, visual assets, algorithmic datasets, and instructional materials, remains the exclusive property of Eithect or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use assets for personal or commercial projects.
You retain full ownership of any original artwork or trading strategies you create using our tools. However, you may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer our proprietary assets or platform functionality. Violation of these rights will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
